Most Frequent Questions

How long does it take to build our website?

Generally, we are able to design and develop a new site within 2-4 weeks after signing your contract and completing our onboarding form! This also assumes you are able to get us your images, logos, and any copy (text) content in a timely manner. We are all about getting your great-looking new site online fast!

What does it cost to sign up?

We’re proud of our affordable pricing enabling businesses of any size to have a high-functioning website. We bill on a month-to-month basis. After you sign up, we charge a one-time licensing fee to cover your unique website integrations for your business’s website success. We will take your credit card information to begin your monthly billing. Upon signing up, expect to pay for your first month and the one-time licensing fee. Following that, you will only be billed your month-to-month cost this assumes you have not requested any customization or add-ons.

What is included in your Essentials Package?

The Essentials Package of $199/mo + a one-time $300 fee is set up to make sure your business website functions and looks great from day one. Your website will be mobile responsive, have analytics, integrated to the back end of your WordPress website, support for updates to any pages or issues you may have, blogging capabilities,  and super fast hosting on our WordPress optimized servers!

We have included the most important features a successful website should have. From here, you can upgrade to a package that you think will better fit your unique needs.

Do you manage Emails?

We do NOT manage emails. We highly recommend you host your emails on a server and platform separate from your website for security reasons. There are plenty of great platforms such as Office 365 and Google Suite which do a great job for email management.

What is a "Content Update"?

Content updates include adding blog posts, products, content edits, updates, or changes that can be completed in 30 minutes or less. Does not include new functionality or additional pages. Maximum one thirty-minute task per day.

Why subscription based services? Do you offer a discount for paid-in-full?

Our subscription-based service is designed to make sure we can keep your website up to date, secure, and future-proofed for your online success while also providing support for any issues or changes you may need.

What happens after I sign up?

After sign up for a WebReady Site, we start setting up your site’s backend. While we’re working on that you’ll receive your starter kit to fill out, collect your logo, favorite images, and prep the copy (text) that goes on each page that best represents your business. We then use that information to build a clean, functional website to help convert visitors to customers. Then it’s about 5-10 business days until you’ll see your new custom-designed website.

What happens if I want to cancel early?

If you cancel prior to your 24-month agreement we have a cancellation fee of 50% of your remaining balance we’ll then schedule your site for deletion within 2 weeks. If you would like to move your website to a new host we charge a fee to help package up your website and transfer the files to you. We would hate to see you leave but we will make sure your files migrate smoothly.


Note:
When you finish your 24-month contract and renew for another 24-month contract, we give your site a complete facelift to match current design trends for free!

My contract is ending, what happens now?

If you renew your contract, we provide a FREE redesign of your site to make sure your site reflects the current design trends. If you cancel, you are free to migrate your database and files to a new host however you will lose all website support and software licensing. If you choose to move your site to a new host we charge a fee to help package up your website and transfer the files. Contact us for details on this. We would hate to see you leave but we will make sure your files migrate smoothly.

Can I use my own host?

We currently do not allow our WebReady Sites to be hosted on different servers. You can be confident that we use the best servers optimized for our product.
